All our products have an strict quality control. In the event you receive a defective record, we will send it to you again with no further cost upon return of the defective copy.
3. Availability.
Upon receipt of your order, the delivery time will be between 2-5 working days depending on the place of delivery.If you have not received the parcel within these days, please call us or send us an e-mail (our contact details are shown below). The delivery time will be subject to the stock availability since sometimes the record is finished and in that case, we will immediately inform you about the delivery time or if the product is deleted, then a possible change.
